CANDID STOCK IMAGES
Marsh & McClennan Insurance wanted more images for its image library to produce internal/external marketing materials. They wanted something that included their employees but the real challenge was they needed the images soon and from four separate locations from Atlanta to Richmond.
180 Degree worked with each location and the marketing team to set dates. Traveling to each location with lights and equipment, 180 Degree coordinated with supervisors and employees to position each shot.
EXPLORATORY
180 Degree wanted to explore using lighting techniques along with lenses and perspective to bring these toys to life.
ITW TEXWIPE
180 Degree photographed several products for Texwipe by creating in a studio on location with the necessary lights and props to create images that captured the functionality of each product. Some products were shipped to the 180 Degree studio while others photographed at the manufacturing facility.
For some images, 180 Degree took the time to create a mask for each and saved the images as PNGs for uses with a transparent background. These images were all saved to an online gallery for easy download.
WR COMMUNICATIONS
We were tasked at improving the logo of a political consultant in Denver. We worked with him to first develop a logo then after several rounds to show how that logo would be used on stationery as well as online materials.
B/E AEROSPACE
B/E needed a quick ad for the Wake Forest football program. They wanted to focus on recruitment. 180 Degree used the style of the angular logo to add details to reenforce the B/E brand. Found an image to fit the brand and meshed the two.
WALK KLEIN ADVERTISING
180 Degree worked with a political consultant in Denver to develop a logo and campaign materials. Several direct mail pieces were produced along with outdoor and online advertising. The issue won with almost 75% of the vote.
CAFE GELATO
This project really started as a challenge. Was it possible to photograph Gelato without having to fake it. Could we be fast enough to shoot before it started melting and could we capture the texture? I’d say yes, and yes.
EAGLE VALLEY LAND TRUST
Eagle Valley Land Trust was launching the Land & Rivers Fund, a collaboration between the Eagle Valley Land Trust and Eagle River Watershed Council. The fund would protect healthy rivers and open spaces in our community
They needed a logo to highlight the reason for the fund put also something that could be used as a sticker or static cling.
BOEING DISTRIBUTION
Sometimes things just happen quickly. They are needed right away. This was the case with Boeings request for an ad for publication in an aerospace magazine. It needed to feature jets used in the Australian Air Force. It needed to reference the supplier of parts and service. It also had to follow Boeings strict brand guidelines.
108 developed the ad using supplied images and copy. We showed several options with these images by matching the composition with the image. The colors with the Boeing palette. After approval of the ad we developed animated banner ads using static images of the jets from these images.
WR COMMUNICATIONS
It’s ALL OUR Business, Colorado is a nonpartisan coalition of Colorado business and associations concerned about our state’s economy and jobs. 180 worked with a political consultant in Denver to create a logo and several banner ads for the coalition.
FOOD LION
180 was tasked with creating local images in several locations for a Welcome Wall to greet customers as they entered the store. Images include shots with local Food Lion employees and aerial videos of each location.

Food lion needed large overview images of local farms from different farms around the south. 180 worked with the marketing department to shoot images with drones and traditional means to fit the layouts provided.
